Too early?

I’m 33weeks pregnant and am eager to install the car seat. Is it too early?

Answer

You can.. but I would say to early. Fingers crosses nothing will happen- but what if you got in a wreck (big or small) you’d have to replace the seat. 
I didn’t bother installing the base til the day we went home from the hospital (since baby had to be in the seat when we walked out lol)

I recommend a practice install but then take it out until closer to your due date, just in case you have an accident or something.

We did ours at 36 weeks because we wanted a police officer who is certified in car seat safety to check it
