5weeks1day cramps?

I’ve had 4 chemical pregnancies 2 years ago. I never had any symptoms with them.

I was late for my period and not paying attention and turns out I’m 5 weeks 1 day confirmed by a doctor! 3 VERY positive pregnancy tests including the hospitals $1 cheap test. I’m feeling Alllllllll the symptoms, including cramps. Sometimes they feel like period cramps and other times weird cramps. I talked to the nurse about them and she said not to worry, that my uterus is getting ready for baby and stretching. I honestly feel fine and confident but after reading all the posts about women going in to their first ultrasounds and not seeing anything or hearing a heart beat I’m freaked out!!
