No heating pads. Especially if you are pressing it against your belly like that. Even if you weren’t pushing down no don’t use them. You are heating your body up and directly putting that heat on the baby. That is dangerous.

Heat pads are okay in short increments. I wouldn't do more than 10 minutes at a time though. The first trimester is when you don't want to be over heating your stomach because you risk neural tubal defects.
