I had my LO this pass Monday via c-section she was doing really good in the hospital breastfeeding until last night. I don’t know if it’s because she latched wrong or what but she bruised both of my nipples to where I can’t stand her to latch so I started pumping well I was discharged today and I pumped twice in the car when I noticed my right boob was really hard I’ve tried hand expressing, hot compress, hot shower and massaging I still can’t pump anything and by little baby is so fussy and will not latch for more than a few seconds does anyone know what I can do
