Can you tell babies orientation based on hiccups?

I was told yesterday at my 36 week check that baby is currently breech. 
BUT this evening I am feeling hiccups down at the bottom of my bump....I am so confused... Did he move? Or is it more likely hes just folded himself in half and is teasing me??

My baby is for sure head down and I feel hiccups down low and up higher. Just depends.

My baby has been head down for some time now, with her spine along my left side. When she has the hiccups I always feel it only where her spine is. I have an anterior placenta though so some of her hiccup movements in the front of my belly might be muffled by that little cushion.

Baby has been head down since 20 weeks for me and lately all his hiccups have been below my belly button! :)
