Ok. If I’m trying to loose weight now but want to be pregnant in the nearest future will all my hard work be for nothing?

Angels Mommy

Ok since having my son 3 years ago I am finally trying to loose weight and going on and beyond to loose 20lbs ( back to my 140lbs prepregnancy weight) but just a random thought came to mind. I want to have another baby ( last baby) sometime in 3 years and I’m thinking here wth will all this hard work and effort go to waste whenever I do decide to get pregnant? I mean with my last pregnancy I did try to eat healthy and was mild active but for some reason I stayed at 160lb after pregnancy and its been a B**** to loose it. Any advice? I really want to be at my old weight but I’m over here thinking about the future???😩

Being healthy and staying active is never wasteful. I was working out before finding I was pregnant and my pregnancy is going very well. I think a lot of it has to do with being in shape. Also you don’t want to start off at a high weight and then pack on more pounds. Better to get to a healthy weight at the start of the pregnancy. It’s a win win in my opinion.

No cause I was 120 when I got pregnant and I’m 1 year PP now and back to 120 and I think it’s because I was small to start off with
