I mean they do nothing for us. But we are crazy about them. And not just us, even the worst person softens when they are dealing with a baby. And how comes adults lose this effect?

Is it the long stare into the eyes?

Their smile when you give them the milk?

How they allow you to sooth them?

The cute sounds?

The beautiful laugh?

The soft skin?

The fact that they are small?

Their trust?

I mean all they do is take take take and demand sweetly through crying for their needs. If an adult did that, would be branded egoistic. So what exactly is about the babies?
