How long do you think would be appropriate wait to get a response from an Etsy store?

I messaged a store three days ago and haven’t heard back anything yet. I feel like that’s a long time, no?

What do you think? And is there a next step to take? Keep waiting? Message again? Message Etsy itself?

This particular shop has something that I really want and haven’t been able to find elsewhere.
