I used mostly Jillian Michaels videos to get fit and strong (also to help get some excess fat off). Since going through the different “shreds” I do a mixture of yoga, walking, some Jillian vids, some Hiit workouts on YouTube. In addition to this I’ve been Gluten and dairy free for the last year and a half and that helped cut my weight gradually at first (plus helped me feel better). The last few months I have cut out refined added sugar and it has helped with the plateau I came to for awhile. I’ve also been logging my food/exercise into MyFitnessPal which has helped me be aware of the nutrients I hadn’t been getting ! Becoming healthy and feeling good about your body takes time, but it’s so worth it!
