Scar tissue in uterus?

Question

Anyone here ever have scar tissue removed from their uterus?And if so did it help ttc? I need hope. Having the surgery tomorrow.

I had a D+C in Dec and developed Ashermans syndrome which is lots of scar tissue. I’ve had numerous ops to remove it and still need more
