lower stomach pain (period)

Hey girls,

I woke up the other day shaking and in so much pain in the lower stomach area that I thought I was going to die and I felt so nauseous. I felt like my insides were inflated and when I went to pee, I felt like a balloon and it hurt to walk. I felt like I had a fever and my mom told me I didn't look ok.

I thought it was something else because my period is irregular, but today I started spotting (this is the third month in a row that I've gotten my period on the same day/week which is good).

I believe the pain is a symptom, but it was so painful I'm scared there's something wrong :(
