So our hot water system exploded on Monday and we are in public housing so we called maintenance and they sent a plumber out 2 hours later, who simply switched off the water supply to it and said he will put in an order for a new one. It was supposed to come ‘mid-week’ according to him but it’s now Thursday and we rang maintenance again and they said that no order was made for a new system.

I’m 17+1 pregnant and am in desperate need of a shower. I got really angry and yelled about it for a few seconds and my husband (who works from 6:15-3:30) just says ‘there’s nothing we can do about it, I’m going for a nap (which means he’ll be asleep from 5-8pm) I burst into tears once he’d left the room and sobbed for a good 10 minutes.

He has a major phone addiction (mostly social media) and is in his phone from the minute he gets home until he goes to bed. We rarely talk anymore and I’ve told him how his phone use makes me feel but nothing ever changes.

Just needed to vent.
