Hey guys! So my friend and I have different types of anxiety and i was wondering how you guys deal with it! I always paint draw and do arty things as that calms me down the most. But my friend she goes out for a coffee with a friend or goes to her parents house as being alone gives her anxiety attacks where as mine is caused when being around too many people and feeling trapped.
