Is it normal not to have any symptoms yet?

According to my last period I’m 7weeks and I’m not feeling any symptoms. Is that normal?

I’m five weeks pregnant with my second and I’m very nervous because I don’t have many symptoms besides somewhat sore breasts, bloating and upset stomach. With my first I felt sick as a dog and was puking from 5 weeks until 2nd trimester.... obviously, I don’t want to feel that awful again, but at the same time it’s making me question if I’m still pregnant because not a whole lot is going on?! Should I do another pregnancy test? I’m completely in my head and nervous right now. I’m trying not to stress but it’s so hard not to think about! If something were to happen to the baby, would you for sure know because of bleeding?

With my second I had nothing but a missed period didn’t even feel pregnant until she started moving
