Fingers crossed this cycle

Really hoping this is it. I thought I was out when my temps started dropping the other day but today they are back up! I am pretty sure I had a chemical last month so fingers crossed this time worked. I was diagnosed with PCOS in March and have been taking Letrozole. This was my first cycle upping my Letrozole medication and the doctor told me I had two good follicles this round. Took a hpt this morning and was negative but hoping I just tested too early🤞🏻
