I have a red microscopic bump on my left nipple (NOT the areola - it is the actual nipple). Blood red color but not bleeding. Super painful when it rubs against clothes. Does not bleed when wiped with tissue. Had this for two days. No bump on right nipple but had nipple sensitivity briefly in my right nipple as well in those two days. Started at 7dpo though I am not sure if they are correlated. My boobs are bigger than normal also. Thoughts???
