Baby unattended
So today I saw something that baffled me
I was at a coffee shop. They dont sell coffee (wel some do as wel) they instead sell weed. Idk why they are called coffee shops either but its the legal place to buy weed where I live.
Some lady came in behind me to buy weed. Nothing special. Till I realized she had a baby in a stroller standing right outside the door. On his own. Waiting.
The door there is always open and instead of being directly connected to the busy sidewalk you kind of need to turn into this corner and from there on the left you can acces the door.
So the baby was in that little corner which I guess is better then the sidewalk. The woman should be done is less then 5 mins. She could see him at all times and in 3 to 5 steps she could be with him. The only moment she probably wont have her eyes on him is douring the payment I presume.
I get why she didnt take him inside. Its 18+ its not legally allowed. And I doubt he was at any risk bc of how close he actually was to her
Yet it still felt so wrong to me for her to do so. I was just baffled.
So knowing the fact that he wasnt really left unatended but just kinda what do you all think should this woman not have done this or should this not be a problem?
