Cyst??

Ok, the nurse at work think my “symptoms” are from my cyst. I don’t know enough about it to agree or disagree.

Hi Dreama! If it hasn’t gone away, a few things I found after a lot of research that helps with cysts are eliminating dairy, gluten, meat, coffee, alcohol, sugar, soy, any processed foods. Eat lots of leafy greens. Beet juice can help too. Castor oil packs can help break down excess tissues in the body. It stains clothes and should not be used when it’s your time of the month. Supplements like vitex, evening primrose oil, Serrapeptase, ginger, tumeric, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and black seed oil can help. There’s also a mind body connection to consider. Stress or emotional issues cause dis-ease in our bodies. Meditation in the morning, although hard to do, may be helpful in resetting yourself for the day. I just watched the documentary “Heal” on Netflix. You should check it out. What Chelsea Eats on YouTube is a good source on how to treat these issues. I believe our bodies can heal if we give them what they need. You are your own best healer.

I get cysts all the time. What are your symptoms

I have a cyst on my left ovary from where I ovulated. I had pain the first 5 days after, but then it went away. The last 4 days I have had back pain, cramps off and on, nausea, and sore breasts. I didn’t know if the cyst could cause my hormones to be off.
