Sperm burns my nipples

I was recently intimate with my S/O and he ejaculated on my breasts, seconds later my nipples started to tingle and burn. When I let him finish on my vaginal area it tends to burn as well. This is the only symptom. I haven't experienced this with anyone else before.Is this a sperm allergy? What is this?
