2 days late 🤔

Hey so I’m 2 days late for my period. But I was sick this month with an infection in my throat, which I took a z pack for. So I’m wondering if anyone else has had this happen where they were sick and it delayed their period? Taken 2 tests with both being negative. Im supper regular, always 30 day cycles. Please give any and all input! Thanks
