So I’ve always loved the name Jahseh for a boy. I’ve had a list since I was twelve and that’s always been my number one for a boy. The problem is, I’ve told my family and my boyfriends and they all think it’s disrespectful and a horrible name since I’m white. I’m Greek with a little native. My boyfriend is Russian, German and mixed with South African but he’s light skin. His mom is German and super white but grew up in South African where she met his dad. His dad isn’t in his life though. Would it be okay for me to name my son this? Or is it disrespectful and weird?
