Anyone else feels moody before they start their period?

My period is 6 days away and I just can’t seem to not be so emotional!... Even though I’m naturally emotionally wrecked 🙄 but I cry for everything!

Like a week before I start my period I end up crying for no reason lol. That's how I know it's coming. Plus I get irritated easily and normally it takes a lot to get me upset.
