What kind of cm? TMI

What kind of cm is this & why am I spotting a little? Milky white cm , went and wiped a second time cause I felt more and it was pink tinted discharge after. (I haven't had a phone so I've barely logged) dr found cysts. Could I be having a ruptured one rn?
