Did we BD too much? 🙄

Gave it our all this month. I’m about 9-10dpo and 4 days away from AF; neg pregnancy test today. Wondering if we were too excessive? Just wanted to cover all our basis but idk anymore. 
Month 4 of TTC baby #3.

I’m a nurse at an ob office.. 
I know people encourage you to baby dance everyday of your fertile window here but in all honesty, every day is too excessive. Women tend to get pregnant when they’re “not trying this month” because if you’re consistently baby dancing almost everyday, your chances of getting pregnant actually decrease. The reason for that being is because the sperm needs time to accumulate. If you’re having sex every single day then the sperm doesn’t have a chance to accumulate and you’re getting less swimmers / weak swimmers. But if you’re having sex every OTHER day that gives the swimmers enough time to accumulate.
