Nipples of bottles???

Hey ladies how or when do we know that it’s time to change the nipple size of the bottles??

If you're breastfeeding, there is no reason to change nipple size, because your boob flow doesn't change. If bottle feeding, it's up to you. You don't have to change it, but if they're recommend a long time to eat or getting frustrated while trying to eat, then you could go up. If they're choking on the milk when you change it, that means it's too big and you should go back down a size.

Baby will usually seem frustrated while eating.  Maybe knocking the bottle away, stopping to fuss, thrashing their head.  And obviously if it's taking a long time for baby to eat.  Mine's been on Avent size 2 since just over a month old.
