Kegels, ben wai balls, beefing up my roast beef?
So, I want a stronger vagina and I want to do tricks with it.
I'm new to this, but I'm excited to start working out my vag & pelvic floor.
Any pointers? Anyone experienced in this? I just put in my ben wai balls, can't even feel them 🤔 do I need heavier ones??
