My LO is a month old and I go back to work in 2 weeks. This is my second child and I’ve never been able to pump well, to the point that it caused a lot of anxiety with my first trying to pump at work, etc.

I’ve decided this time around to use formula during the day instead of constantly stressing about pumping. I started introducing formula to my LO about 10 days ago in place of a nursing session to see how he’d do and plan to replace a nursing session with another bottle every week or so to gradually reduce my supply.

Hs anyone done this and still had success nursing at night? And did it cause any issues with your little one switching back and forth from formula to breastmilk? I’m hoping he’ll still get some of the health benefits of breastmilk if I nurse at night.
