Tips with cravings/ weight gain😅
I feel so gross Iv gained 23 pounds and I’m only 20 weeks😭 does anyone have any tips on how to curve food cravings?! My self esteem has always been horrible Iv done a lot to lose weight in the past and now being pregnant I’m gaining everything back! I see girls post that they only have gained a few pounds or even lost weight! Just need some advice😭❤️💪
