2 tears begin placenta

Hi everyone

So I had my anatomy scan (22+4) yesterday and was told that I have two tiny tears behind my placenta. I didn’t get to ask many questions because I was kind of in shock. I haven’t had any bleeding or leaking of fluid. Has anyone else dealt with this? I also have above average fluid and my baby is measuring in the 87th%...The mfm said the baby is completely healthy though...
