What is your experience with antidepressants?

I have just started sertraline and t has been amazing so far except for the insomnia. Curious to know what your experiences are!

I’m on the same! It’s been so helpful for me. I feel better than I remember EVER feeling in my life. I haven’t had many side effects, but I did have headaches and dizziness going on it initially. Since then, it’s been pretty smooth sailing.

I was on lexapro, my eyes were dialated, I couldn’t really eat or sleep... I remember feeling a little happy but like a zombie mostly. It was pretty much like molly. I am against all pills now because our body needs to learn how to cope with stress and find its own passions in life to create dopamine aka happiness.

I'm on them atm and they have been great so far on them for another month but they have been so good like I feel back to myself again I still have some not so good days but it's more  manageable

I had insomnia with both of mine (I switched kinds) and they just gave me sleeping pills for a week to regulate my sleep patterns. I am off of them now. But they are amazing and help so much!!
