I’m scared...

So my period went off 2 weeks ago and for the pas 4 days I’ve been spotting brown blood and just now when I went to the bathroom there were bright red blood and blood clots. This isn’t normal at all. The stomach pains have been on and off since the start of the spotting brown blood. I’m not sure if I should go to the ER or not please help.
