Acupuncture ?

Hello Ladies!! 
Wondering if acupuncture helped any of you ladies that are TTC ??? Been pretty curious and heard some reviews but I’d prefer asking folks in my group 🤗❤️

I did it while we did our last two IUI’s. Didn’t work and I didn’t enjoy it. Stopped doing it for IVF. IVF worked first time.

I did it before ttc (for reasons other than fertility)), continued through fertility treatments and still do it in pregnancy. I absolutely love it and have had amazing results.

I'm doing it and love it. My guy specializes in fertility and was able to shift my cycle from ovulating in day 19 to ovulating on day 16 in a couple months. It hasn't "worked" yet but I have a blocked tube and am 36 so I've got other factors involved. However acupuncture absolutely has helped me to stay calmer and less anxious through this whole process.

I’m currently doing it. Starter with my IUI#2 and continuing thru now. I’m on IUI#3. I think it all depends on the acupuncturist. You need to make sure you’ll go to someone that specializes in infertility. My guy is amazing. We developed good relationship. Overall, not sure if it works but it helps me relax and stop thinking of “is my follicles size correct”, “why my lining is so thin”, “no symptoms, why is that?”.
