Delayed period?

So i just came back from a trip in New Mexico on August 3rd and I was there for a good 3 weeks, me and my boyfriend had protected sex on the 6th of August and on Monday I got 2 vaccine shots and my period was supposed to start Tuesday but it’s been two days and I haven’t had anything yet? Normal discharge and Im getting anxious. Pls help
