What to do with ground beef? Any ideas???

I have ground beef in the fridge and have no idea to what to make. Something besides hamburgers.

Nachos, spaghetti, stroganoff, meatball soup, homemade chili, meat & potatoes, sloppy joes, the list can go on.

In addition to everyone else even though it's technically a hamburger you can make home made Salisbury steak....mix some Lipton onion soup mix with your hamburger pat them out and cook them with some mushrooms. After they're cooked simmer them in some brown gravy yummy!

Spaghetti is easy, brown the meat, boil noodles while browning the meat, drain the meat once it’s completely brown, put it back on the stove on medium heat and stir in the sauce, drain the noodles when they’re done (throw one at the ceiling- if it sticks, it’s cooked), mix it all together once the sauce is cooked (or plop meat + sauce on top of noodles). You can add garlic salt, oregano, and parsley flakes to the meat while it’s cooking & butter and garlic salt to the noodles. 
Chili: get two large cans (you said in a comment your husband eats a lot) of Bush’s chili beans, one small can of diced tomatoes, an onion, and some Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning. Season the meat with the Tony’s while it cooks (pan-cook it) and heat up the beans in a pot. If you throw everything on at the same time, dice about a quarter to half of the onion while the meat browns . Once it’s halfway there, throw the diced tomatoes in with the beans. Once the meat is done, drain the grease and toss the meat in with the bean mixture. Add in some more Tony Chachere’s and the onions. If he likes spicy, throw some jalapeños in his bowl. For flavor you can add shredded cheese (fiesta blend added as soon as you move the chili from pot to bowl is best) and a dollop of sour cream. 
Tacos also good. Get tortillas, a bag of shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, a tomato, and an onion. (Jalapeños still good here.) Dice tomato & onion. Brown meat with a packet of taco seasoning thrown in. In about as long as it takes the meat to cook, you have dinner! You can buy tortilla chips and salsa on the side and maybe some churros for dessert.

My Cuban way of doing it: 
Dice one onion and 1/4 of red bell pepper add it.
On a frying pot when is really hot until the onion starts looking a little bit golden add 
5 cloves of garlic. Dice it as well. Add tomato sauce ( little can) let it cook for one min add the meat. Add salt. Add some cumin, one bay leave and some oregano. Let it cook, the meat it self will add some water and when its almost dry but not too dry it’s done 😊

I put it on a pot , with no oil , nothing. It's juice will come out on its own. I add black pepper , lawry's seasoning, & salt. I let it cook. Once it's cooked , i add some potatoes ( Chopped up) & Let them sit until soft. Once that is done , i add sliced onion, tomatoes , & jalapeños. I also chop up some cilantro & that's it. lol
