Pigging out during toddler's nap 😬
Our second baby was born 7 weeks ago- while I was pregnant I had terrible food aversions the whole time and I really missed food. With breastfeeding, my appetite went through the roof for the first few weeks, and now it's leveled out but I CANNOT stop overeating during my toddler's nap. Sooo much junk, mostly candy or other sweets. I feel like it's my only chance throughout the day to have something that I don't need to share, but I end up eating so much it doesn't even taste good anymore! I had gotten back to pre-pregnancy weight already (didn't gain much with the aversions) but I'm now back up at least 5 pounds 🤪
Anyone else feeling the same, or any good self-control tips? 😅
