I talked with my ex about him moving out and me keeping the house even though it would force me to have to work two jobs and be put on food stamps.

When I went in to find out how much he’d have to pay for Child Support they said for two kids $832.

I agree that he could only pay $500 for both kids so he had extra money to spend on them.

He then stated that I’m selfish for asking for child support because he thinks that I’m coming out on top. Like, how am I’m coming out on top? I have to work two jobs to keep the house and not uproot my family, I am stuck with a $330 car payment, and a $7,000 loan that he took out in my name that he refuses to pay any part of.

All while he makes way more than me and gets to do whatever he wants with his time and only works 4 days a week while I have to work 7 days a week with zero time with my kids.
