Gross poop during sex! 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

Ok this is the second time this has happend to me. My husband and I were having sex regular sex not anal! and I came so hard I pooed just a tiny bit. It didn’t make a mess and he didn’t notice but after I went to cleaning myself up I see it. Has this happend to anyone else? How could I prevent that from happening again?
