Need help

Ok so I been taking fertility smart since July 29 and I’m supposed to be ovulating this week and I think I am and today and right now I have this happening to me does this mean I’m fertile this has never happened to me before 🤷🏾‍♀️😩 I’m praying this is my month to get pregnant
