Is it ok for me to have sex

I’ve been on the pill for 3 months but I’m on to my last pack and there’s only one pill left I’ve an appointment to get a new pack on Tuesday but untill then I won’t be able to take any. It hasn’t been 21 days since my cycle. If I was to have sex tonight would I be protected?
