Feeling extremely boiling inside, cramps like my period is coming for the last 2-3 days, body aching and feeling tired but tested at 10/11 DPIUI and it’s a BFN.

I’m going in for my beta today. But wondering if this is normal or if I should go see my family physician bc I’m actually sick?

I’ve been cramping and feeling super hot these past 4-5 days. Mouth is always dry even if I’m drinking water.

So confused! What do you think? AF is due in 2 days (to start on August 18th, today is the 16th)
