Worried momma

I am about 7 1/2 weeks and had this spotting this morning...stringy mucous. I’ve called my ob for bloodwork to chk my hcg levels and am trying not to be sick waiting for a response. I currently have a yeast infection from antibiotics I am on, I don’t know what this could be from...any suggestions? TIA, I appreciate you all
