Previous premature baby?

Question

Has anyone previously had a prem baby 
Did you get help this time 
Advise from doctors consultants ect? 
Just want to ensure I have the right care

I lost my baby at 24 weeks last year... due to incompetent cervix 
This time i got preventive cerclage at 12 weeks with progesterone shots and tablets 
I started the tablets from day 1 of BFP...then shots after the surgery directly
I do regular checkups  vaginal/urine culture...ultrasound every 2 weeks
Ive consulted more than 4 different specialists...and whenever im worried i just call the clinic and take appointment
Taking it step by step..week by weeks
We r 24 weeks now and still monitoring everything regularly

I went into labor at 35 weeks but that’s because I had severe preeclampsia. I was induced to help my labor move along. I’m taking a baby aspirin during this pregnancy.
