Am i sensitive or should i say something

when i am talking to my newly wedded hubby about this pregnancy he tends to always say " with the twins mom..." it bothers me so much he is always comparing me to his ex and her pregnancy with his twins. they are only 3 so i get it those memories are fresh for him however i have a 15 year old and 5 year old so i am well aware of what can happen in a pregnancy and have also learned every pregnancy and woman are different. do i say something or just ignore him?? am i being too sensitive?? because it make me wanna slap him sometimes...
