Haven’t had a normal period in 2 months

So I got a faint positive 2 months ago and I thought I was pregnant but then I started spotting. I thought that it was maybe an indent. But I haven’t had a normal “period” since. I just keep spotting continuously. I’m so confused what is happening with my body. Does anyone have any advise? Please?
