Started Vitex

Hey all,

I got off birth control about 6 weeks ago and was not getting my period, no signs of ovulation and negative pregnancy tests. I started taking vitex 3 days ago and I got my period today! I am hoping it will help balance my hormones so I actually ovulate this month. I just wanted to post this if anyone else was having trouble with their cycle being irregular and long this might help you too!
