Flange size!?

I'm wondering if my flange size is correct.. I have semi flat nipples so it's hard to measure

I think you need a size up. It looks too tight.

I have flat nipples as well and this is what mine look like when pumping . I am pretty sore after so thinking of going a size up .

Kinda hard to see but looks tight. Do your nipples hurt after? Are you getting a good amount of milk?

Go one size up and see how the pumping goes. Does too much of your breast get sucked into the flange, do you get a better milk output, etc?

Next size up I think it’s too tight. I had to do the same. Mine are flat too
