I am feeling things in my stomach like bubbles or air not sure, can anyone put my mind at ease thanks! im 4 1/2weeks.

Probably gas or another byproduct of slow digestion. Although in about 16 weeks it’ll be little baby kicks or hiccups giving you that feeling so get used to it lol.

Think it has to do with digestion, hunger, I had that. It was weird, sometimes if I’m hungry but then it could happen after I ate.  Digestion is slowing down to gather more nutrients so that causes all kinds of weird unpleasant things.  I recommend things now for constipation and or diarrhea

Your body is going to feel weird now. It's starting to grow a little human. Now that you know you are pregnant you will be paying more attention to your body than normal. All of the different hormones that are happening in your body cause different things to happen. Gas is a pregnancy symptom.
