Yall😫 I start my period on the first day of highschool! SOS. Do any of y’all have any tips? Also I’m sooo nervous for highschool.

-You have plenty of time in between classes so just bee line to the closest bathroom before every class just to make sure you’re not bleeding through. 
-WEAR BLACK! I promise you it will save your life. 
-wear clothes that have pockets so you can keep a tampon or pad with you because you’re not really allowed to leave in the middle of class with your backpack for a bathroom break
-bring back up clothes ALWAYS. Just to keep in your locker just in case

Maybe you’ll start right before you go but, bring tampons/pads with you! Make sure you bring plenty and make sure you have ibuprofen or whatever you use to help with cramps! ☺️
