TDAP Question??

I got my Tdap vaccine on Wednesday morning it's now Friday afternoon and my arm still hurts.... Is it normal for your arm to hurt this long after the shot??

It normal but it’ll stay sore if you’re babying it.

My arm had a sore/bruised feeling for about 2 days. By the 3rd I didn't notice it anymore.

Yes being sore for up to 4-5 days is normal. Even though it seems counterintuitive the more you use that arm the quicker it’ll work the soreness out. Wall pushups (I’m WAY too big to even consider a real push-up) are a good way to work your deltoid to try and get the tenderness out.

Mine didn’t hurt but I did a lot of massaging after I got the shot. I also did some pushups which seemed to help a lot. It only hurts if you aren’t doing anything.

Yes mine was sore for like 2-3 days after getting my vaccine.
