27 weeks ... anyone else short of breath?

This week I’ve really noticed shortness of breath that gives me anxiety sometimes. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yesssss!!! I was just telling my husband this exact thing. It’s like my breathing is shallow so my brain starts freaking out, which makes it harder to breathe. It doesn’t help that it’s been almost 110 freaking degrees.

Me. I work in HR and in-processing takes 1-2 hours of me just talking. I now have to warn my new hires how quickly I am out of breath... just from talking lol 🥵

Yes very bad the past couple of weeks. I almost don’t want to go out in public ever bc if it happens I almost have a panic attack from getting anxious and then that just makes my breathing worse lol
